ASSESSMENTS

Brief Neurocognitive Evaluations for Adults and Older Individuals

Brief neurocognitive assessments are designed to assist families and individuals who are concerned about cognitive decline and ways to help a loved one who has difficult behaviors due to confusion. The battery is designed to be administered quickly and to answer whether a person has normal cognitive functioning, mild cognitive impairment, or dementia. This allows for the cost to be kept low and for a faster feedback time.

Private Pay: Flat Fee: $850  (includes intake/administration session, scoring, interpretation, brief report, and feedback session)

Psychological Evaluations for Adults

Psychological assessments are available to help individuals understand their own social, emotional, and intellectual functioning. Each battery is designed to address a specific concern related to the person's psychological treatment. These batteries are designed to go well beyond the basic diagnostic criteria found in a regular intake and require significantly more time and testing materials to complete. Once a regular intake is conducted, a patient may elect to have an quantitative/qualitative psychological evaluation.

Private Pay: Fee Set Before Eval: Varied: $3000 and up (includes administration of measures, scoring, interpretation, comprehensive report, and feedback session)
