INDIVIDUAL THERAPY


My approach is based on working alongside individuals as we explore your experiences, thoughts, feelings, actions, and relationships. We will step back and look at how useful or unhelpful certain thoughts or beliefs can be. We will examine your feelings and what they tell us about situations. We will look at behavior and how interactions happen with others. Depending on your goals, we may use various evidence-based approaches (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). The therapy is tailored to meet your needs and follow your goals.
